Tyler Lidwell is a documentary photographer based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, whose work focuses on rural environments, small towns, and the spaces in between. He is drawn to quiet places, overlooked details, and how these environments are experienced over time.

Alongside his photography, Tyler works commercially through his studio, Lidwell Creative, where he directs and produces product-focused photo and video work for CPG brands. His commercial work is rooted in a controlled studio approach, using high-speed, motion control, and engineered setups to create dynamic product visuals.

After moving from Arizona back to the Pittsburgh region, he recently began a long-term project titled As It Stands, moving between regions in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. The work is captured primarily on 35mm film using CineStill 400D and 800T.
